You can improve the safety of your home by making small changes. Complete the home safety checklist by checking the boxes that apply. You can also share the checklist on social media.
Make sure to save the following numbers on your phone:
- Emergency number 112 (or install the 112 Suomi mobile app if you are using a smartphone)
- Free-of-charge number for the Poison Information Centre 0800 147 111 (24/7)
- The number for the health centre, health counselling or hospital emergency services
Learn emergency first aid and make sure that the first aid equipment in your home is up to date. It is important to be able to act immediately in an emergency.
